Franz Fröstl, nine years old, lives in Vienna. He is the shortest in his class and his voice becomes shrill and squeaky when he gets nervous. He gets mistaken for a girl and is teased by his brother and his classmates. One day, he discovers an influencer who has ten rules for how to become a “real” man. Franz’s best friends Gabi and Eberhard decide to help him.
