Ben is an odd character: playful, with big glasses, wild hair and a place in a band. Despite his energy, life’s not always easy. When he sees Claire he goes completely weak in the knees, his bullies do what they can to tear him down and the school nurse urges him to lose weight. But it’s hard, because Ben LOVES sweets.
