In Mexico, a group of youths have created a subculture built around the Columbian music style , Cumbia. Their gang, Los Terkos, spend their days driving around, dancing and showing off. After a misunderstanding with the local drug cartel, 17-year old Ulises runs away to New York but the situation at home makes his exile untenable.
