Fourteen year-old Tati lives alone with her father in a poor area by the river on the outskirts of Buenos Aires. Her father barely takes care of her and she lacks direction. One day, her father sells their boat and Tati’s dreams of rowing people across the river for a living are crushed. However, maybe she can learn to row from the young guy who bought the boat? A rare depiction of what it’s like to grow up as a young woman in poor and motley conditions.
